Conference Organisation

18 July 2025 — The UOL Open Science Conference
As co-lead of the Open Science Interest Group (OSIG) in the Department of Psychology at the Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg (UOL), I organised a one-day interdisciplinary conference that brought together staff and students across career stages to discuss open science initiatives and challenges. The conference aimed to support learning, foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, strengthen open science initiatives at UOL, and inspire the creation of similar groups in other departments. 🔗 Conference website

24–25 June 2025 — Enhancing replicability in EEG Individual Differences research through individually parameterised single trial EEG
As part of my Associate Junior Fellowship at the Hanse-Wissenschaftskolleg Delmenhorst (HWK), I organised a two-day workshop on strategies to evaluate and improve the validity of single-trial EEG estimates. The workshop brought together international experts in psychophysiology, psychometrics, and EEG methodology and laid the foundation for an ongoing collaborative paper on improving replicability in EEG individual differences research. 🔗 Event page
